Training

The fundamentals of good horsemanship create the core of correct training.

Rosalynd specializes in developing those skills with each horse and rider and from there, you are able to advance your skills in whatever your discipline may be. Rosalynd creates full training, half training, or weekly sessions that will be well suited to you and your horses needs.

A 5-day a week program. This can be broken down into lessons and training rides and can be flexible week to week. Ideal for re-training those horses looking to switch disciplines, recover from old experiences, or for the young horse looking to begin his/hers career. Rosalynd specializes in young horse development, and would be happy to walk you through the process and show you her finished results.

A 3-day a week program. Use your sessions as training rides or lessons as required each week. Whether you are a competitive rider needing to stay in an active program or someone needing extra help with your horse, this is a great way to stay on track and in tune with your horse.

Packages of lessons/training rides are offered to use weekly or as required. This is a no stress way to keep your riding up to date or for the rider not wanting a program but the occasional tune up. Or for the rider wanting to routine weekly lesson.

Showing

Rosalynd has the experience to introduce your horse to the ring in a safe and successful way or to bring your competitive mount to the next level.

Rosalynd attends A level shows and select Trillium shows through out the year. Whether you are looking to get into showing for the first time, or extend your competitive riding, Rosalynd works in small numbers to ensure success. This may be teaching your young horse how to walk into the show ring for the first time, or bringing your competitive mount to the next level. Please contact us to hear about our full program and schedule.

Rosalynd develops many horses for the show ring and can be seen showing in both the Hunter and Jumper rings. If you have a mount needing show miles, contact us today to speak to Rosalynd about availability.
